    "Toys in the Basement" is the eighteenth episode of the fourth season of La Femme Nikita.

    Nikita mysteriously disappears after being seriously wounded during a raid on the newly resurgent Bright Star terrorist organization. Henry Paul Collins, a mentally unstable man who tends to wounded animals in his basement, has absconded with Nikita. Collins intends to bring Nikita back to health, then “marry” her, but Nikita quickly realizes that ...

    A group of Section operatives, including Nikita and Michael enter a bookshop. Nikita approaches one of the employees. Nikita shoots the woman before she can alert backup. A shoot out commences and Nikita alerts Michael to go. He continues to engage hostiles while Nikita retreats towards a back exit. She finds it locked and she seeks another way out. Michael and another operative work their way out as well. Nikita is on the rooftop and she makes her escape while being pursued. "I need the location on Nikita," Michael requests from Quinn in Comm. Quinn tells him that Nikita is right behind him and that she's getting an elevation reading. One of the hostiles has a clear shot on Nikita and she's shot. She falls off the roof and onto some trash cans and then tumbles to the ground. Michael sees the man who shot Nikita and kills him. "Nikita's location," he requests from Quinn. "She's on the ground, Michael. Sixty meters, south southeast. You're gonna have to make a ground approach," she tells him. "She should be right in front of you, Michael." Nikita is lying on the ground with blood on her face, unconscious. Michael arrives at the spot where Nikita was but she's no longer there. Quinn asks for Michael to report. He sees blood on the ground and looks around the area for further signs of Nikita's whereabouts.
