Michael works to expose a sawmill operation that has been cutting timber from a forest. And a family of loggers suspects a competing company of cutting the timber illegally to undercut their prices and drive them out of business.
A family logging outfit is unable to sell its timber because the local sawmill is buying pirated timber that was out on national park land.
Matters are complicated when Michael takes the Whitbys' side -- they can't compete against the Duttons' larger organisation which is undercutting them. His investigation reveals that someone within the Duttons' organisation is pirating timber stolen from national parks.
