Kirk Simon is an American film producer and director. He is best known for his Academy Award-winning documentary short, Strangers No More (2010). He has also produced and directed several other documentaries, including The New Heroes (2004), which won an Emmy Award, and The Education of Shelby Knox (2005), which was nominated for an Academy Award.
