Lucky's sister comes to visit, and gets into a fight with Peggy over how Luanne should raise her baby. Meanwhile, Bill goes on a road trip to track down the voice of a Whataburger drive-through employee.
When Peggy plans a baby shower for Luanne, Lucky invites his sister Myrna and her children to the party. Myrna has conflicting parenting information to give Luanne, and is described by Peggy as a "modern mother". The episode title is a reference to "Monkey See, Monkey Do".The restaurant Want-A Burger is a reference to the fast-food chain Whataburger.
