May 8, 2015 · Circus acrobat Bert King (Harry Lauter) becomes an undercover agent for the Treasury Department when Art Kerr (Rick Vallin), a T-Man with whom he served in a paratrooper unit during the war, seeks his help in tracking down a gang of counterfeiters.
It turns out the counterfeit money is being printed at a secret underwater location and then sent to Europe in an attempt by "an unfriendly power" to devalue U.S. currency and the nation in general. Treasury agents go after a ring of counterfeiters operating out of a traveling carnival.
