Contact. The Tennessee Real Estate Commission requires 90 hours of training and subsequent testing to become licensed. The training for the initial licensing consists of two mandatory courses. We offer the mandatory two-week Pre-Licensing course and the one-week New Affiliates course.
Location. We are conveniently located off the Cedar Bluff Exit of I-40 in West Knoxville. Our location is 9041 Executive Park Drive, (Executive Plaza) Suite 100. We are on a KAT bus route. Our space is located on the backside, lower level, west end of the building.
