  7. Very disappointed with Kim Son in downtown Houston. Ordered noodle soup, but there were no noodles! Tea cups were dirty, and we had to ask for replacements multiple times. The sweet and sour soup tasted off, and the place felt run-down and unmaintained. You could tell the owners stopped caring.
