    Who Loves Who-ooh? is the twenty-first episode of Season 3 and the forty-eighth overall episode of Kenan & Kel. It aired on April 17, 1999. It was written by Nick Cannon, Mason Gordon and Kenan Thompson and directed by Virgil L. Fabian.

    Kenan attempts to ask Sharla out to the Sweetheart's Ball, but when Sharla talks about a guy planning to ask her out (who is actually Kenan, but doesn't pick up the hint), in his fear, he boasts about taking R&B star, Tamia, to the ball. Now all he has to do is to convince her to go with him.

    According to background extra Adrienne Janic’s script, this episode shoot is dated for the week of Friday, August 21st 1998.
