Some of his work includes Fish Tank, The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover, Ken Park, The Pillow Book, Drowning by Numbers, The Pervert's Guide to Cinema, A Zed & Two Noughts, and The Baby of Mâcon.
Dutch producer Kees Kasander is to resume his long-standing relationship with British director Peter Greenaway – and they already have several new projects together in the pipeline. Greenaway’s current production - Eisenstein in Guanajuato (sold by Rezo) - is the first film he has made without Kasander for many years.
Ben van Os and Jan Roelofs deserve a special mention for their production design for this cinematic theater with classical touches (including a Frans Hals reproduction) and contemporary expressionism.
