ADMIN MOD. Be really careful! Recommendations. I have been having really bad symptoms recently and found out I damaged my kidney from taking too many supplements. Lesson learned: talk to your doctor about what you are taking. Apparently many are also unregulated (US) so make sure it s a trusted brand by talking to your doctor as well.

However, if I have somebody with lots of aches and pains or chronic fatigue, I will just put them on a separate couple of grams a day of magnesium supplement, and I’ll use that specific to the patient. I don’t think everybody needs that much magnesium.
