Dec 4, 2009 · I found replacing the jumpers with wire to be more effective and reliable. In your case, with 300w per channel amps, this is one of the few time I would say bi-wiring couldn't hurt. You could bi-wire with 14ga, but if it were me, I would go to 12ga.
Aug 23, 2010 · To keep everything level through the frequency range, you should use the same cable as your main speaker cable. Kind of makes sense to me, but I have Nordost monofilament jumpers with completely different speaker cable.
Jan 27, 2010 · In connecting the speaker cables to the top mid/high frequency terminals, you're bypassing the jumpers to the highs- the highs receive the most direct signal, yet you are adding the jumpers' 'sound' to the lows.
May 29, 2006 · The point of these jumpers is to do something called "bi-wire" your speakers. This involves taking two parrallel lengths of wire from your amp (the same amp, same channel) to each speaker (same speaker too), and removing the jumpers from the speakers altogether.

Do you replace the terminal links with cables instead? Feel free to share you opinions and even better if you have some measurements.
Nov 6, 2021 · I single wire 4TC from my Rotel amp to my B & W 704 S2 speakers and was pleasantly surprised that the inexpensive jumper upgrade improved the sound. I have not compared the different Kimber flavors. I can only tell you the 4TC was a big upgrade from vintage monster cable.
