In Blubber, Fat Jones will punch Brooke every time he hits a right note, slightly depleting the player's health slightly per punch. No health will be depleted if the player is on the brink of a Game Over while being punched.
In Miller, Henry Miller will at first have very strong health drain. Throughout the song, Eye Notes (known as Spite) will appear which can be hit to lower the health drain to more manageable amounts. The strength of Miller's health drain can be determined by the amount of Spite floating around him. However, this health drain cannot cause a Game Over and will instead do nothing if the player's health is too low.
•The outcome of the song changes depending on how much Miller is weakened. If the player hits enough notes to fully weaken Miller, a "Good Ending" sequence plays out where the team violently beats him up before cutting to the "Thank You" screen. Otherwise, a "Bad Ending" sequence is shown as the music slows to a halt.
In Followed, not only can the player no longer see the ratings, timer, or Shadow Freddy's notes, but their maximum HP will be reduced to 15 misses. The player can only regain health by hitting 20 notes in a row each time.
