I’ve heard it’s a great setting in a busy part of town. Other than that - don’t get into real estate. It’s a scam.
I did it through Learn Texas Real Estate Online and it was pretty simple and straightforward. They have the highest pass rate of any school in Texas. I also have several friends going though Aceable Agent right now and they recently had a discount on Groupon, not sure if they still do.
