Row inmate convicted of brutally murdering Mississippi State University students Jon. Stephen Steckler and Pamela Tiffany Miller on the night of Dec. 11, 1992.
While at State, she was a member of Chi Omega fraternity, Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and a Road Runner. She was graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2015. She was the recipient of the Robert R. Finch Oral Pathology Award.

Willie Jerome "Fly" Manning (born June 12, 1968) is on death row at Mississippi State Penitentiary, USA, with two death sentences for a conviction of double murder (Steckler-Miller murders). He was previously also convicted and sentenced to death for an unrelated double murder (Jimmerson-Jordan murders), but the State Supreme Court overturned this verdict and ordered a new trial.
