Carver was also a writer and producer on the series Supernatural from 2007 to 2010 and 2012 to 2015, serving as showrunner during the eighth through eleventh seasons .
Fifteen episodes were developed for the first season, which premiered on February 15, 2019, and concluded on May 24, 2019. Jeremy Carver wrote the pilot, and served as an executive producer alongside Johns, Greg Berlanti , and Sarah Schechter .
