Definitely not even close to the cheapest! Van insurance experts they most definitely are not. Their top 4 quotes were for: £1835.07. £2242.93. £3532.38 and an incredible. £6037.60!!! Their cheapest quote was well over double what I got on another comparison site (that doesn't specialise in vans!)

Primeline provided a reasonable quote. When the sub contractor showed our quote literally tripled. Primeline asked for a piece count of boxes and furniture. We provided a detailed list including furniture. Moving our home was never going to fit into 700 square feet and Primeline knew that from the very beginning.

May 6, 2024 · Frustrating & Expensive. We had a contract with Allied Transporation Group who then subcontracted Cita Van Lines without prior notification. The cost went up by $1500 without any explanation. $400 was paid up front as an additional deposit, the movers wouldn't unload the truck until we gave them $1037 CASH, and they refused to give us a paid ...
Throughout the process, the drivers and customer service were rude, unhelpful, and impossible to get a hold of. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They treat their customers horribly and should not be in business. Avoid them at all costs! Date of experience: August 31, 2024. Useful.
