   I had an appointment today, on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 11.30 am . I would like to submit a complaint about a nurse who took my blood sample. She works at 50 Bellefontaine St. Ste 101 , Pasadena, CA 91105 (room nember 2). My appointment was at 11.30 but she made me wait an hour to take my blood at 12.30 pm.

   • Jason Health has the best pricing, easy ordering, and is so convenient. I paid for the tests my doctor wanted. My cost was only about $45. Jason Health sent my order to my local Quest Lab where I went for blood draw, urine sample, etc. Jason Health emailed me the results from Quest so I could give a copy to my doctor on my next visit.
