Mar 18, 2022 · The 2021/22 Aspire Programme is set to take another step along the road to the summer's All Star Tournament. Following two rounds of Aspire Skills Camps across the 10 Basketball England regions, players have been selected for the next stage - the Super Region Camps.

Dynamic Stretching — lunges, squats, in-to-out, toe grab. Run Throughs — 50%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%. Run each of the warm ups to half-court and back. Perform the stretches to half-court, then jog to baseline. For the run throughs, do all of them to half-court and back. 3 offensive players set up around the key with 2 defenders inside.

On the coach’s command, the player circles the basketball in and out of their legs in a figure 8 pattern. Have the players stop and then circle the ball in the opposite direction. Throw ball in air & catch. In this drill the players stand facing the coach, holding their basketball with both hands, waist high.
