IV is the fourth studio album by American rock band Winger, and the first since their 1993 album Pull.
Winger is an American rock band formed in New York City, in 1987. Winger gained popularity during the late 1980s and early 1990s with two platinum albums, Winger and In the Heart of the Young, along with charting singles "Seventeen", "Headed for a Heartbreak" and "Miles Away".

Roth has played on the following Winger albums: Winger IV (2006) Winger Live (2007), Karma (2009) Better Days Coming (2014). John Roth got his big break playing for Black Oak Arkansas when he was just 19.
The story revolves around the five female victims of Jack the Ripper: Mary Ann Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes, and Mary Jane Kelly —known as the "canonical five"—who rise from the dead to track down Jack and take revenge.
