Jan 13, 2021 · Upon signing in, you can view your health card number, health card validity, assigned health center, and assigned family physician on the app's Home page. You can also see your upcoming appointments, dependents (if any), and requests.
This e-Service allows you to request for yourself and/or your dependents a health card. Once issued, you can receive your health card at one of our health centers located across Qatar. To receive the requested health card, a total of 100 riyals should be paid at one of PHCC’s health center.
