Temple Israel | Bryden Road. As the congregation continued to grow, a cornerstone for the new synagogue, now known as Temple Israel, was laid on Bryden Road. In 1937, a meeting of the Central Conference of American Rabbis was held in Columbus, and Temple Israel extended its hospitality.
