   Zatu have very competitive prices. They carry a lot of stock of the latest games. Deliveries are fast. When something is out of stock they can take your order and send out as soon as possible - they also try hard to give a good estimate of when stuff will arrive.

It is my mail order retailer of choice. one gripe that comes up quite frequently regards ordering items that are currently out of stock. They take your money up front even if imminent restock is unlikely or improbable.

   Never had a problem with them, fast delivery, great prices. The trick is they never give free postage, so one game with postage is a similar (or more expensive!) price compared to rivals.    The Eclipse publishers are very good at keeping people up to date with this stuff on the BGG forums for the game. So if you want to guarantee your copy and don't mind not having your £120 for 6 months then Zatu is a safe bet. Edit: says they have it in stock so ignore all the above and grab it.

   How safe is Zatu?

   • Zatu posted my goods quickly, and the packaging was very secure. They really did make sure my goods would be safe in transit.    Is Zatu a good place to buy board games in the UK?

   • Yes. It's the biggest board game retailer in the UK Absolutely. Recently got Wingspan, Raider's of the North Sea, and Carcassonne from Zatu. Had no issues at all. I just bought nemesis lockdown from them, I live in the U.S.A it came in within 2 weeks. And packaged well. They're fine for in-stock orders. Don't pre-order from them. Why not?

   • Another vote for zatu! Have ordered from them many times with good results including, as others have said, great packaging. My experience also includes great customer service - they have been very helpful when I messed up an order and needed it changed, right before Christmas. I’ve only ever had one issue.

   The best way to buy board games. Zatu are such a reliable company for board games and have a huge amount of stock. I recently bought Prey Another Day from them at a much cheaper price than standard RRP and it arrived in excellent condition. I recommend Zatu to all of my friends and colleagues looking for board games. 10/10.
