  3. For WhatNot and the gambling aspect of it, for someone to have 5 stars after 1K items sold, it's impossible unless someone's removing reviews.

  4. Sellers aren't going to succeed on the platform if they need to scam their audience into buying something, but I'm not super well versed in all areas of whatnot. I stick to mostly MTG trading cards and has always been a good experience.

Oct 11, 2022 · Whenever I have doubts if an item is fake or not (even though sellers aren't allowed to sell fake things), I contact customer support and I send it to Whatnot for free to get a verification if it's fake or not. If it's fake or has defects, I get a full refund. If it's real, it's sent back to me.

  7. Whatnot allows scammers on there site, whether it be selling fakes, cancelling orders due to low sell price from auction or seller damaging the goods cause it sold too low. Whatnot does nothing about these people when you report them as they are making whatnot alot of money.
