   Tulane is a super cool school, New Orleans is awesome (albeit shady af in many parts of the city), and it's got a great reputation. Because they have 6 or so SMPs/certificate programs through the medical school, I know they at least interview a lot of those candidates, and seem to favor a slightly older applicant pool (1 or more gap years).
