I went to Tulane undergrad and Tulane Law School a few years or decades ago, but based on what my daughter’s tutors (all of whom are Tulane students), tell me many things are the same. For me, being an undergraduate there was an amazing experience.
The best: I feel like I have access to whatever I need. There are lots of opportunities available and students are much less hypercompetetive than other schools. This makes Tulane a better support network. The worst: probably amenities. Lots of shitty landlords in the area that treat students like trash.
Tulane is the strongest law school in Louisiana and it has civil law course offerings too which is really cool. Tulane has pretty good lay prestige nationwide and especially in the South. A lot of Tulane grads work in Houston and quite a few work in NYC as well.
