Shop did not send anything, no replies. Purchased tree seeds on Jan 21st 21 for $37. Order status was still pending beginning of March, so started to send emails and messages through site's message system. After a month of receiving no reply of what so ever, I filed reclaim to credit card company.

Never reply to email, don't refund. 1st: Products were shipped after 3 weeks of placing the order. 2nd: They don't provide a certificate, so items can not be approved on customs clearance and are sent back to the seller. 3rd: Sent 4 emails and never got a reply.
