Easy to book. Good selection of flights and options. Flights gave choice of different airlines for different legs but be careful of the different baggage allowances. Hotel choice was more limited this time round but did find somewhere suitable at good price. Everything worked out well (Flights/transfers and hotel).

You are unlikely to get many impartial replies when enquiring about using anyone other than the airline itself.
