Jul 30, 2018 · It sounds like you are still flying under KL flightnumbers though, not codeshared with Transavia/Carpatair. Basically these other airlines are performing flights on behalf of KLM (Wetlease). Maybe KLM is having shortages with their aircraft. In that case you should get KLM service.
