  2. Jul 20, 2024 · Center the rear sight blade in the mount to "Mechanical Zero" -- then tap the front sight to center your group. Try ten-shot groups -- it's not a benchrest rifle. Ignore the Anal Retentive / OCD tendency to have everything centered on common axis -- it's a machine meant for 25-50 yard combat with ball ammo.

  5. Nov 28, 2016 · Yes, the sight pictures are the same.... however, the machining of the slide for the two different types of Bomar-like sights are different. The LPA does not require an additional hole be drilled and tapped like the BCMS does.
