Jul 29, 2022 · You need a taller rear sight blade and start over with a .190 front sight. The rear needs to be about .050 .060 taller than the front. I have about seven 1911's with BOMAR rear sights but they are different from yours.
Jul 20, 2024 · if you've run out of windage adjustment you can open the rear blade up a little to the side you need, or drift the front sight. If you're getting close that is. I would probably opt to drift the front sight, which may not be centered to begin with.

5 days ago · The Bomar sight picture is the best around. Nothing better for sight crankers. I might choose a YoBo or a Yam or a Heinie but the sight picture I want is the Bomar. The Bomar does offer a chance for nice detail on sinking the sights low and fitting around the windage screw.
