The WAVwatch was designed to be used as needed throughout the day, or to play at night while sleeping. It should be used for 6-8 hours maximum per day for optimum battery life. As you use the watch and notice how your body responds, you can tailor its use! Most frequencies are either 8 minutes or 30 minutes.
