Yes. Season 4 is especially good, but some of the episodes depend on what happened in season 3. But every season is worth watching. Great television. I watched season 4 without watching 3 and was totally fine. 'The sinner' season 1 was one of the best series in that genre, it grabbed my attention from the start.
