Feb 4, 2022 · The main attraction for the Ender 3 S1 is the new Creality “Sprite” Extruder. It’s the first direct drive extruder from Creality which is build well and doesn’t suck. The Sprite extruder is quite compact, weighing ~260 grams. It also has a 3.5:1 gear ratio for improved accuracy and torque.

May 18, 2022 · If you are looking to purchase a fully-specced 3D printer that is easy to use, and delivers good print quality, the Ender 3 S1 Pro is an excellent choice. Probably the best Ender 3 yet. But if you are one of the people who already purchased the S1, there’s no need to replace the whole printer.
