Spoilers for the '01 movie obviously. So the movie ends with Redford orchestrating a prison breakout for both Pitt and McCormack from a Chinese prison underneath the nose of the CIA. Redford narrowly escapes the front gate and leaves the HQ presumably never to be seen again.
66% isn't poor. That means 60+ percent of the reviewers gave it a positive review. The story is paint by the numbers and really fizzles out by the end. Also Tony Scott has a very limited number of camera and editing tricks that he uses adnauseum in everything he makes.
