In June 2020, Seasons 2 and 3 have been cancelled, but as of 25th of June 2024, Squared Media has received the rights for Songs of War and the status has been changed to "Lack of funding" The Script was released in the now removed Cancellation Announcement.

Songs of War was a 3 season long Minecraft animation series. Sadly the original director cancelled season 2. I was an animator for the project and have been given permission to continue it myself, however season 2 and season 3 won't be fully animated.
