This movie is best for 11 years old and up, at least. Much better than the first installment, this movie has a better plot, better acting, positive messages, less foul language, and more fun. There still is plenty of foul language, so I cannot recommend for younger children.

If you walk into "Short Circuit 2" expecting something completely different, you'll be alright. Because it totally is. I used to know this movie by heart as a kid, and I'm pleased that it still has the charm. Michael McKean is a great addition, and he gives his lightweight character some substance.
Mar 11, 2015 · Any Joe-blow can dominate in their comfort zone. What makes or breaks a man, alien, or robot is how they react when thrust into a concrete jungle of human misery. Short Circuit 2 was one of my favorite movies as a child. I hadn’t seen it in over twenty years.
