I am fairly sure Itachi is a female name to begin with, so probably something very masculine. Probably ending with -maru. I have ideas for a femSasuke and what I did is name them based on “why” they are female. For example in one story where Sasuke is naturally born a girl.
Fem Sasuke's name as Mito would be interesting. Most people make his name Satsuki or Sasuki. Though, in my opinion, that doesn't even make any sense as Sasuke was named after Sasuke Sarutobi.
I think, for me, if you're changing their gender, you're already creating a new character. I get annoyed when we get a "Naruko" (worst name ever imo) that is literally a Naruto with female anatomy. If you're going to change Sasuke to Satsuki, then develop her as a female; and not a Sasuke with tits.

Sep 12, 2011 · Even if it's a "male" name or a "female" name, you can name anyone whatever you want really. Most people would probably be a little confused (And a lot judgmental) over a male with a "female" name and vice versa but when it comes down to it, it really doesn't matter.

Sep 1, 2015 · The story and Naruto's obsession to bring Sasuke back would make a lot more sense if Sasuke was a girl but people won't be relating to Sasuke more tho. They would be annoyed by Sasuke and would have roasted Sasuke and hated him even more than Sakura if he was a girl. The sexism image created by Anime is weird and cannot be explained.
