Santa Claus Conquers The Martians is about Martians who look like regular people with a bit of dirt/paint on them, kidnapping Santa and 2 kids to bring joy to Mars (or just their spaceship really). Not much 'conquering' going on here more so Santa being drunk and laughing at the kids being in danger

It's not as bad as Santa And The Ice Cream Bunny, but it's truly terrible. I'd recommend the MST3K version.
