So I just finished episode 1 and I enjoyed it a good bit. It seems that the whole show is gonna be very bloody and disgusting, as shown in episode 1. Thankfully I have a good stomach so I just want to know if it's worth watching?

It is way better than it should be. It has a really compelling story and it's funny as hell and it was canceled after one of the biggest cliff hangers ever. What I would give for Netflix to bring it back to atleast finish it on a good note.
