The animation though maybe a bit dated is very creative and still holds up. The OST was amazing too. Presence was my favorite one, it was lucid, shares the same themes about life and AI GitS and Blade Runner explores.
It's competent, but not better than a second string OVA back in the old days, or anything on TV these days. Besides, it's not like modern anime is animated on 2s. There's a reason sakugabooru exists, and it's because those shots are still the exception, not the rule.
