Dormant Star (Otis’ 1st gadget) should be Part of Otis’ Basic Kit. Idea. First, it feels intuitive to use this gadget every time I use Otis’ super. His super takes some time to charge and can often miss (unless you are shooting someone from point blank range).
I just unlocked Otis today, and I was wondering what everyone else thinks of him. His super seems extremely useful at close range, especially against tanks and assassins, and it seems to help take care of his weakness being his low health.
