  4. A unique take on the teen comedy/ coming of age story. O.C and Stiggs is more of a socio-politcal satire than a snapshot of rebellious youth and feels fresh for it. The connective tissue between scenes is thin, and for that reason this is a lesser work in Altman's filmography for me.
