Best climate in the UK, excellent beach, nature and sport options. Low crime and pretty friendly. Plenty of good coffee shops for working in (Boscanova, Velo Domestique, Coast . Surf + Moto, L'arte Coffee). A bit overpriced due to tourist economy, but still more affordable than London or Brighton.
