Choices in the world of restaurants and fast-food places are limited, time consuming and expensive. With access to a microwave oven I always have a healthy tasty lunch. There is plenty of variety in Mosaic's menu and it's easy to adjust your order. Delivery has been good too, with alerts to when the box will arrive.
I have tried a handful of plant-based meal delivery companies, but Mosaic won me over and I now get a delivery of 12 items once per month.
