OVERALL – 3.75/5. Overall, Morituri is a well made World War II drama featuring two great performances from Marlon Brando and Yul Brynner. The Blu-ray release from Twilight Time features great video and audio transfers though the bonus material was lacking.

Morituri is set during World War II and stars Marlon Brando and Yul Brynner. Brynner is very good and Brando is fantastic as expected. The film was shot in Black and White and it looks wonderful.
Released in 1965 and unfortunately shot in B&W, "Morituri" is a suspense/drama taking place almost entirely on the freighter in the Pacific. The first 50 minutes are kinda meh as "Mr. Kyle" (Brando) sneaks around the ship disabling explosives and it's not very believable.
