Monogatari series is definitely worth watching if you're ready to listen to tons of dialogue. As someone mentioned, it's like a radio drama with pretty visuals but I would add that the art is really important (use of colors, character design, etc.)

Yes it has drama. The Monogatari series, overall, is really good but like others have said it’s one of those shows that’s really polarizing for a few reasons. I’ll try to avoid spoilers. First, it has lots of fan service that borders on being really explicit at times.
Highlights of Monogatari: Animation/design is usually pretty good. Most of the characters are likeable and have good character focus/development. Witty/fun dialogue. Storylines don't tend to go more than 4 -5 episodes tops so if you don't like one in particular, the focus will change relatively soon.
