Animated feature sees the Monkey King destroy a sacred tree unleashing a demon who kidnaps his master. Now it’s up to Monkey King and his pals to rescue him before it’s too late. Really lush animation which is quite beautiful to watch. Story is okay. Some of the characters are stereotypically annoying, but a feast for the eyes.
