The premise is solid and still stays relevant so far, so it's still clear what direction the story will be going in the future (which I find is a bit lacking from a lot of fantasy stories). Now the writing/pacing was where I had a few problems with the story.

Aug 18, 2013 · Re:ZERO: Starting Life in Another World - Memory Snow. Optional. If you decide to watch do it between Episodes 11 & 12 from Season 1 (Between Director's Cut 6 & 7). This episode is average, basically just a Snow Festival slice-of-life filler fluff.

Jun 26, 2024 · The key parts we received were good (in some cases very good), others absolutely terrible and further proof of how a strong story in written form isn’t necessarily enough to overcome production committee shenanigans. Or if you will, the quintessential anime adaptation experience.
