After reviewing further Lennar is well known for making subpar homes with questionable warranty protection. The house as built the area is probably worth $580k compared to the other builders in the area.
Buyer beware. Virtually no quality control on Lennar's part. Myriad issues with my home. Required to stay home for 4-hour window for each vendor to arrive and fix issues; they often were late or didn't show up at all. It took a year to complete the list of required repairs.

•. Probably swimming against the tide a little here, but if the home is a perfect fit for you (layout, location, budget) the go ahead and buy it. It’s unlikely to be your forever home and it will at least be covered by the home builders warranty for a few years.
There is more I could say, but I think the above highlights some major reasons why any homebuyer should think twice about buying a home from Lennar. Whatever you decide ask questions, read everything, and fight for the quality home you deserve.
Lennar is a large company that pumps out cookie-cutter builds. They use cheap materials and have zero customer support. Once you buy the home, good luck on fixing anything.
