Lennar is a large company that pumps out cookie-cutter builds. They use cheap materials and have zero customer support. Once you buy the home, good luck on fixing anything.

Buyer beware. Virtually no quality control on Lennar's part. Myriad issues with my home. Required to stay home for 4-hour window for each vendor to arrive and fix issues; they often were late or didn't show up at all. It took a year to complete the list of required repairs.

Lennar Review: My personal experience. I put a deposit down on a new build in Black Diamond, WA in October 2021. I excitedly waited for it to be built, but as I got closer to close things started to take a turn. Then my New Home Orientation happened and all the excitement I had felt about owning a home became a giant knot in my stomach.
